Terms & Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland. Employees of The Manchester Evening News Group ("The MEN") or Oceānico Group, its subsidiaries, agencies, members of their families and anyone associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Entries will be accepted from 12:00pm Monday 28th April 2008 to 1800 hours on Wednesday 30th April 2008. No entries received after this time will be eligible for the draw.
3. The winner will be determined through a draw made at random on Friday 2nd May
4. The winner will be notified by email by 1700 on Friday 9th May 2008.
5. The 2 night break must be taken within 12 months of the date of notification, but cannot be taken between1st July to 31st August and 1st to 31st October 2008 and is offered subject to availability.
6. The prize break must be pre-booked and the reservation should be made by contacting Susanne Guerra at: Susanne.guerra@oceanicogroup.com
7. Accommodation in Vilamoura is to a 4 star standard.
8. The winner must be 18 years or older.
9. The winner must be a golfer with a handicap of 28 for men or 36 for ladies.
10. The promoter's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
11. You must provide a valid e-mail address and contact telephone number with your entry so that we can contact you if you win. The promoter reserves the right not to include entries within the draw that do not contain these details.
12. The promoter is not liable for any accidents, personal injuries or loss of personal belongings during your stay. All insurance cover MUST be taken out before travel.
13. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
